Your Pain Has a Cause. Let's Find It.

You shouldn't have to accept pain as part of everyday life. Whether you're struggling with headaches, neck tension, back pain, sciatica, or limited mobility, our goal is simple: identify what's causing the problem and create a treatment plan that helps you feel better for the long term.

Why Traditional Massage Isn't Working

If you've had massages before but the pain keeps coming back, the problem may not be relaxation—it may be the underlying muscles, fascia, and movement patterns causing the pain. Every session is customized around your specific symptoms and goals.

You've Tried Everything Else. Now Let's Get Specific.

Shoulder pain that won't go away. Sciatica that keeps flaring up. Migraines that interrupt your day. Limited range of motion that's making simple tasks frustrating.

During your assessment, we'll identify the muscles and movement patterns contributing to your symptoms so your treatment is focused on the root cause—not just temporary relief.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

A 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We look forward to serving you!
