Customized Support System – We do not use standard flat setups. We use a meticulously designed cushion and pillow support system that allows you to lie comfortably on your side, completely relieving pressure on your lower back and abdomen.
Tailored Pressure & Safety – Your therapist is specifically trained in prenatal and postpartum anatomy. We will check in on your comfort, pressure preferences, and any specific areas of pain (like the hips, lower back, or shoulders) to ensure a completely safe and therapeutic experience.
Postpartum Transition Support – If you are in your postnatal phase, we tailor the session to help your body recover from birth, gently addressing nursing posture tension, re-aligning your hips, and supporting your emotional wellness.
